The “Empowerment through Self-Defense Tour” with ESD Albania was documented through a series of short videos and a documentary, following training sessions and activities across different communities. The project focused on women and girls gaining confidence, safety awareness, and practical self-defense skills, turning each moment into a visual story about empowerment, resilience, and community support.
